I want to take my business to the next level... what's the best path?
My concern: Although I am not about the money, I need my business to be more profitable to achieve my personal objectives.
Bryan: You are right. Money is hardly ever the endgame … it is usually the means to an end. That end is typically focused around time and financial flexibility. My goal for my clients is to have the financial freedom and the time to pursue their personal goals and relationships.
My Concern: Do I have the right people “on the bus” and are they in the right seats?
Bryan: My father always told me, “You can never rise above the level of your people”, and I have found this to be absolutely true. In fact, the only things that distinguishes you from your competition are your people and your processes … and your people create your processes! I will show you how to assess and develop your team to be motivated to take your business to the next level.
My Concern: I know the sacrifice it took to build my business in the first place. I am reticent about sacrificing family time to take my business to the next level.
Bryan: I believe we work to live, not live to work. Growing a business without sacrificing your family is not only possible but is very doable. Although differentiating between the important many and the critical few can be challenging, I will work with you to ensure the best use of your time.
