Bryan Emmerson

Bryan Emmerson is a committed business professional with more than two decades of senior management experience in several key areas associated with the development and growth of businesses and teams of all sizes including strategic planning, business development, product line management, building expansions & acquisitions, HR management, and operations management.
 
He knows and understands the realities that business owners and managers confront daily. Bryan's expertise lies in his ability to take underperforming assets and individuals and nurture them to greater profitability. His goal is to help his clients achieve levels of success that they never imagined possible in their business.

As a third generation business owner, Bryan knows first-hand the unique issues facing family businesses. The blending of FAMILY and BUSINESS is seldom easy or simple. Bryan is someone that has both gone through generational transition with his family and implemented succession strategies with his coaching clients.

Originally from New Brunswick, Bryan has lived in Ontario since 2007. He holds a B.Sc. in chemistry from Dalhousie University and a MBA from Liberty University (his full CV can be found at LinkedIn.com/in/bryanemmerson).

Since the age of seventeen Bryan has been an avid martial artist, and currently holds a blue sash in Shaolin Kung-Fu, a brown belt in karate and a third degree black belt in Japanese jiu-jitsu. He also enjoys reading, motorcycling, downhill skiing, and is an active member of his church. Bryan and his wife, Darcy, have been married for 34 years. Their daughter, Alexandria, lives with her husband and son in Tennessee.  Their son, David, lives with his wife and daughter and is a medical technician with the Canadian Armed Forces in Ontario.  They also own two Siberian Huskies, Saber and Willow.
