One of my staff would benefit from coaching, but I don't think that I am the one to do it.


My Concern:  This employee has some issues that if left unchecked are going to be a problem.  I’ve taken him or her as far as I can and he or she would benefit from a new set of ears and eyes.

Bryan:  Sometimes it takes an outsider to bring the clarity needed in these situations.


My Concern:  This person has great potential and I want to promote him or her but there are a few gaps that needed to be filled before we can do this.

Bryan:  Whether it’s personal work practices and skills or help with achieving goals, a coach can be a crucial part in bringing an employee’s performance to the next level.
